Nortel Networks Equipment definition

Nortel Networks Equipment means all hardware, software and equipment (including fixtures) manufactured, sold or otherwise provided to the Borrower or any other Subsidiary of the Borrower by Nortel Networks and/or Nortel Networks Corporation, including, without limitation, all equipment sold to the Borrower or a Subsidiary of the Borrower pursuant to the Supply Agreement and all Nortel Networks Software.
Nortel Networks Equipment means all equipment sold to the Borrower pursuant to the Supply Agreement, including, without limitation, the optical equipment, switches, access nodes and related software.
Nortel Networks Equipment has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1 ------------------------- of the Nortel Credit Agreement.

  • Debtor is, and with respect to Nortel Networks Equipment acquired after the date hereof Debtor will be, the legal and beneficial owner of the Nortel Networks Equipment free and clear of any Lien or other encumbrance, except for Permitted Liens and Liens in favor of Secured Party.

  • The Borrower shall, in connection with the purchase and delivery of any Nortel Networks Equipment to the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates, cause all Nortel Networks Equipment which is to be used in the U.S. to be purchased by the Borrower and delivered to the Borrower for the Borrower's use at one or more business locations of the Borrower located in the U.S. and thereby ensure that such Nortel Networks Equipment constitutes U.S. Nortel Networks Equipment and a part of the Collateral.

Nortel Networks Equipment means all hardware, software and equipment (including fixtures) manufactured, sold or otherwise provided to the Borrower or any other Subsidiary of the Borrower by Nortel Networks, Nortel Networks Corporation and/or their affiliates, including, without limitation, all equipment sold to the Borrower or a Subsidiary of the Borrower pursuant to the Master Purchase Agreement.

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems) and networks, whether operated directly by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

The Designated Equipment shall be of a manufacture, make and model, and have the configuration, capacity (i.e., memory/disk), operating software version level, and pre- requisite and co-requisite applications, prescribed in the Documentation as necessary or desirable for the operation of the Software.

  • Associated equipment means equipment that is used in conjunction with a radiographic exposure device to make radiographic exposures that drives, guides, or comes in contact with the source, e.g., guide tube, control tube, control (drive) cable, removable source stop, “J” tube and collimator when it is used as an exposure head.

  • Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant and Equipment for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract; e.g., transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor’s Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc.

  • Electrical equipment means underground equipment that contains dielectric fluid that is necessary for the operation of equipment such as transformers and buried electrical cable.

  • Terminal Equipment means all telephone instruments, including pay telephone equipment, the common equipment of large and small key and PBX systems and other devices and apparatus, and associated wirings, which are intended to be connected electrically, acoustically or inductively to the telecommunication system of the telephone utility.

  • Interconnection equipment means a group of components or an integrated system owned and operated by the interconnection customer that connects an electric generator with a local electric power system, as that term is defined in Section 3.1.6.2 of IEEE Standard 1547, or with the electric distribution system. Interconnection equipment is all interface equipment including switchgear, protective devices, inverters or other interface devices. Interconnection equipment may be installed as part of an integrated equipment package that includes a generator or other electric source.

  • The Works/Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Your Equipment means all equipment located after (downstream of) the point that electricity leaves the Meter at the premises which is used to take supply of or consume electricity except any Electricity Supply Equipment.
