Inselligence reserves the right to increase the fees following the Initial Term, and each Renewal Term thereafter, but must provide notification of such increases at least thirty (30) days in advance of the Non-Renewal Notice Deadline (as defined below).

Non-Renewal Notice. The term “Employment Period” as utilized in this Agreement, shall refer to the Employment Period as so automatically extended.
