Arbitration Notice definition

Arbitration Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 9.13.
Arbitration Notice means a notice of intention to submit a dispute to arbitration under the terms of Clause 14.3.
Arbitration Notice shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 12.2(a).

  • All arbitration proceedings must be completed within [***] after the Arbitration Notice.
