Arbitration Notice definition

Arbitration Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 9.13.
Arbitration Notice means a notice of intention to submit a dispute to arbitration under the terms of Clause 14.3.

  • An answer and any counterclaims to the Arbitration Notice shall be required to be delivered to the party initiating the Arbitration within twenty (20) calendar days after the Arbitration Commencement Date.
