The Arbitration Notice shall include the specific issues concerning the Dispute which must be resolved by the arbitration.
A Dispute which is the subject of an Arbitration Notice shall be finally settled as per the provisions of the Pakistan Arbitration Act 1940 (Act No. X of 1940) and the rules made there under (as such act or rules may be amended or re- enacted, Pakistan and in the language referred to in Article 12heretofore.
If the Parties are unable to resolve the Dispute using the procedure described in Clauses 14.1 and 14.2, then either Party may deliver notice to the other Party of its intent to submit the dispute to arbitration (" Arbitration Notice").
If an Arbitration Notice is sent, the mediator’s definition of issues, along with the Proposed Revisions (be those from ICANN, the Working Group or both) shall be posted for public comment on ICANN’s website for a period of no less than thirty (30) calendar days.
