Non-Competition Restricted Period definition

Non-Competition Restricted Period means the period from the Date of Grant through the second anniversary of the date of termination of the Executive’s employment.
Non-Competition Restricted Period means the time period during Your employment with the Company, and for six (6) months after Your employment with the Company ends.
Non-Competition Restricted Period means the 6 months from the date of cessation of the Executive’s employment with the Company.

Examples of Non-Competition Restricted Period in a sentence

  • Executive agrees that should Executive breach any of the provisions of Sections 6(a), 6(e), or 6(f), above, the running of the Non-Solicit Restricted Period and/or the Non-Competition Restricted Period shall be tolled during the period of such breach.

  • During the Employment Period, the Non-Competition Restricted Period, and the Non-Solicitation Restricted Period (defined below), the Executive shall, upon the Company’s request, provide a copy of this Agreement to any person, company, entity or firm.

  • During the Non-Competition Restricted Period, the Executive shall, upon the Company’s request, honestly, accurately, and completely provide the Company with the name of any prospective new employer or hiring entity that follows the Executive’s separation from the Company.

  • During the Non-Competition Restricted Period, You will not, on Your own behalf or on behalf of any person or entity engaged in the Business, engage in or perform within the Territory any of the activities which You performed, or which are substantially similar to those which You performed, as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

  • For the Purposes of Section 8(b) the “Non-Solicitation Restricted Period” shall be the same as the Non-Competition Restricted Period in Section 8(a).


More Definitions of Non-Competition Restricted Period

Non-Competition Restricted Period means the twelve (12) month period following the Date of Termination (regardless of whether Executive resigns or is terminated, or the reason for any such resignation or termination).
Non-Competition Restricted Period has the meaning provided in Section 4.10(a).
Non-Competition Restricted Period means the period commencing on the Commencement Date and extending through (a) the twelve (12) month anniversary of the date of Employee’s termination of employment hereunder pursuant to Section 9 for any reason, but (b) the eighteen (18) month anniversary of the date of Employee’s termination of employment hereunder following a Change in Control in accordance with Subsection 9(f).
Non-Competition Restricted Period means the period beginning on the date of this Agreement and ending on the six (6)-month anniversary of the date on which Executive’s employment is terminated. “Competing Business” means any business engaged in by the Company or any of its affiliates on the date of Executive’s termination or any business activity in which the Company or any of its affiliates has substantive plans to engage as of the date of Executive’s termination.
Non-Competition Restricted Period means the six (6) month period following the date that Executive ceases employment with the Company less any time spent on Garden Leave pursuant to Section 1(d) or Section 1(e) above;
Non-Competition Restricted Period shall have the meaning given to it in Section 5.9(a).
Non-Competition Restricted Period means the 6 months from the date of cessation of the Executive’s employment with the Company. -8-
