Non-Compete Period definition

Non-Compete Period means the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending twenty-four (24) months following the termination of the Executive’s employment with the Company for any reason.
Non-Compete Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.6(a).
Non-Compete Period means the period commencing on the Grant Date and ending twelve (12) months after the termination of the consulting arrangement unless the consulting agreement specifies a different time period.

  • In the event that the Executive intends to associate (whether as an employee, consultant, independent contractor, officer, manager, advisor, partner, Executive, volunteer or director) with any Restricted Company during the Non-Compete Period, the Executive must provide information in writing to the Company relating to the activities proposed to be engaged in by the Executive for such Restricted Company.
