Restrictive Covenant Agreement definition
Restrictive Covenant Agreement means any agreement (including, without limitation, this Award Agreement), and any attachments or schedules thereto, entered into by and between the Participant and the Company or its Affiliates, pursuant to which the Participant has agreed, among other things, to certain restrictions relating to non-competition (if applicable), non-solicitation, non-disparagement and/or non- disclosure of confidential or proprietary information, in order to protect the business of the Company and its Affiliates.
Restrictive Covenant Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

Examples of Restrictive Covenant Agreement in a sentence
To the extent permitted by applicable Law, Automation and the members of the Automation Group, as applicable, shall retain, on a non-exclusive basis, all of its and their respective rights under each Restrictive Covenant Agreement as assigned hereunder, including, but not limited to, the right to enforce or seek relief upon any breach or threatened breach of any restrictive covenants or obligations therein in any action or proceeding.
