Restrictive Covenant Agreement definition

Restrictive Covenant Agreement means any agreement, and any attachments or schedules thereto, entered into by and between the Participant and the Partnership or its Affiliates, pursuant to which the Participant has agreed, among other things, to certain restrictions relating to non-competition (if applicable), non-solicitation and/or confidentiality, in order to protect the business of the Partnership and its Affiliates.

Restrictive Covenant Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

• You acknowledge and agree that your acceptance of this Award, and the Restrictive Covenant Agreement, shall be not effective until the date which is fourteen (14) days after you were provided with this notice of the above-referenced restrictive covenants provided in your Agreement.

• The Restrictive Covenant Agreement is hereby incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement.

Restrictive Covenant Agreement means the Restrictive Covenant Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A.
