Noncompete Period definition

Noncompete Period or "Nonsolicitation Period" means the period beginning the date hereof and ending on the second anniversary of the termination of Employee's employment with Employer.

Noncompete Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.

• During the Non-compete Period, Executive will not make any disclosure or other communication to any person, issue any public statements or otherwise cause to be disclosed any information which is designed, intended or might reasonably be anticipated to discourage any persons from doing business with the Company or otherwise have a negative impact or adverse effect on the Company, except to the extent such disclosure is required by law.

Noncompete Period has the meaning set forth in Section 5(a) of this Agreement.
