Noncompete Period definition

Noncompete Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.

Noncompete Period or "Nonsolicitation Period" means the period beginning the date hereof and ending on the second anniversary of the termination of Employee's employment with Employer.

Noncompete Period means the period beginning on the Closing Date and continuing for a period of five (5) years from the Closing Date.

Examples of Noncompete Period in a sentence

• Further, any termination by the Company without Good Cause or by Executive for Good Reason shall operate to eliminate the Non-compete Period set forth in Section 3.

• It is specifically agreed that the Non-compete Period following termination of employment as defined in this Section 3, during which the agreements and covenants of Executive made in this Section 3 shall be effective, shall be computed by excluding from such computation any time during which Executive is in violation of any provision of this Section 3.

• In addition, in the event of a breach or violation by Executive of Section 11(a), the Noncompete Period shall be automatically extended by the amount of time between the initial occurrence of the breach or violation and when such breach or violation has been duly cured.

• The Grantee hereby agrees to notify the Company within ten (10) days of commencing any employment or other service provider relationship with any company or business during the Noncompete Period, specifying in reasonable detail (i) the name of such company or business and the line of business in which it is engaged, and (ii) the Grantee’s position or title and the types of services to be rendered by the Grantee in such position or title.

• In addition, in the event of an alleged breach or violation by Executive of this Section 7, the Noncompete Period or the Nonsolicit Period, as applicable, shall be tolled until such breach or violation has been duly cured.

Noncompete Period has the meaning set forth in Section 6.6(a).
