Non-Competition Period definition

Non-Competition Period means the period the Executive is employed by the Company plus one (1) year from the Termination Date if the Executive's employment is terminated (i) by the Company for any reason, (ii) by the Executive for any reason, or (iii) by reason of either the Company's or the Executive's decision not to extend the term of this Agreement as contemplated by Section 1 hereof.
Non-Competition Period means the period beginning at the end of the Term and ending one (1) year after the end of the Term.
Non-Competition Period means the time of the Employee’s employment and a period of 12 months following the termination of the Employee’s employment for any reason.

Examples of Non-Competition Period in a sentence

  • In the event the Employee’s employment is terminated by the Company and/or any of its Subsidiaries due to a reduction in force, reorganization or similar type of restructuring, the Company and/or any of its Subsidiaries may choose to enforce the provisions of Section 6(c)(i) to the extent permitted by applicable law, including by providing the Employee additional salary, benefits, or severance pay (collectively “Severance Pay”) during the Non-Competition Period.

  • From time to time during the Non-Competition Period, Capital One may also request information from you to permit it to determine whether You are otherwise in compliance with this Agreement.

  • You also hereby authorize Capital One to contact Your future employers and other persons and entities with whom You engage in any business relationship during the Non-Competition Period to confirm Your compliance with this Agreement, or to communicate your obligations under this Agreement.

  • You shall not receive the Incentive Payment for any portion of the Non-Competition Period in which Capital One waives the Non-Competition Covenant in whole or in part.

  • During the Non-Competition Period, You agree to notify Capital One in writing of the identity of any prospective employer or business opportunity on whose behalf you intend to perform services during the Non-Competition Period, together with a brief description of your intended functions, prior to accepting such employment or business opportunity.


More Definitions of Non-Competition Period

Non-Competition Period is defined in Section 6.1.
