Non-Competition Period definition

Non-Competition Period means the period the Executive is employed by the Company plus one (1) year from the Termination Date if the Executive's employment is terminated (i) by the Company for any reason, (ii) by the Executive for any reason, or (iii) by reason of either the Company's or the Executive's decision not to extend the term of this Agreement as contemplated by Section 1 hereof.
Non-Competition Period means the period beginning at the end of the Term and ending one (1) year after the end of the Term.
Non-Competition Period means the time of the Employee’s employment and a period of 12 months following the termination of the Employee’s employment for any reason.

Examples of Non-Competition Period in a sentence

  • Nevertheless, the restrictions on my work during the Non-Competition Period shall only extend to those locations within the Restricted Area where such work constitutes engaging in Competition.

  • In consideration of my agreement not to compete during the NonCompetition Period as set forth above, and so long as I comply with the obligations under Section 1(c), the Company shall pay me an amount equal equivalent to one (1) month’s base salary in a lump sum payment on the first payroll date following the Company’s election to enforce the Non-Competition Restriction as described below.
