Nevertheless, the restrictions on my work during the Non-Competition Period shall only extend to those locations within the Restricted Area where such work constitutes engaging in Competition.

In consideration of my agreement not to compete during the NonCompetition Period as set forth above, and so long as I comply with the obligations under Section 1(c), the Company shall pay me an amount equal equivalent to one (1) month’s base salary in a lump sum payment on the first payroll date following the Company’s election to enforce the Non-Competition Restriction as described below.
