MRV Group definition

MRV Group means MRV, each Subsidiary and Affiliated Company of MRV (other than any member of the Luminent Group) immediately after the Separation Date, after giving effect to the Non-US Plan and each Person that becomes a Subsidiary or Affiliate Company of MRV after the Separation Date.

  • SAP Group means SAP Parent and any of its Associated Companies.
