Affiliate Company definition

Affiliate Company means any entity which directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by or is under the common control with a party; where control means control of at least 35% of the voting power of securities or interests in such entity.
Affiliate Company means any Getronics entity, whether incorporated or not, that is controlled by or under common control with GTN Services BV, incorporated in Netherlands and its successors; and “control” (including the variants “controlled by” and “under common control”) shall mean the ability, whether directly or indirectly, to direct the affairs of another by means of ownership, contract, or otherwise.
Affiliate Company or “Affiliated Companies” means, in relation to CESL, any entity directly or indirectly controlling or controlled by, or under direct or indirect common control with CESL.

More Definitions of Affiliate Company

Affiliate Company means, in relation with a Person, at any time, any other Person directly or indirectly controlling or controlled by, and/or subject to common control with such Person.
Affiliate Company means (1) subsidiary companies at any tier, (2) entities under common ownership, (3) Joint Ventures and partnerships involving such entities, and (4) other Financially Responsible Parties for the entity.
Affiliate Company means, for purposes of this subsection, any corporation, partnership or other business entity under common control and ownership with the Tenant, or with the parent or any subsidiary of the Tenant or Tenant's parent.
Affiliate Company or “Affiliate” means any company holding directly or indirectly a majority of shares in any company which is controlled directly or indirectly by any such aforesaid company. For the purpose of the foregoing definitions:
Affiliate Company means with respect to a Party, any person, corporation, firm, joint venture or other entity which, directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediates, controls, is controlled by or is under common control with such Party. As used in this definition, “control” means possession of the power to direct or cause the direction of the management and policies of an entity, whether through the ownership of the outstanding voting securities or by contract or otherwise.
Affiliate Company means any subsidiary, parent, or entity affiliated with, controlling or under common control with, any party to this Agreement (including the NTP Licensors), and any Related Person of any of the foregoing. “Related Person” means any officer, director, employee, agent, or shareholder of any party to this Agreement (including the NTP Licensors) or their respective Related Companies, who owns all or a portion of its stock, bonds, debentures, or assets or who is a partner, joint venturer or shares in the ownership or distribution of its cash flow, revenue, profits or assets.
Affiliate Company means Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company, Omaha Insurance Company, United of Omaha Life Insurance Company and United World Life Insurance Company
