Motor Vehicle Repair Garage definition

Motor Vehicle Repair Garage means a building or structure where the services performed or executed on motor vehicles for compensation shall include the installation of exhaust systems, repair of the electrical systems, trans- mission repair, brake repair, radiator repair, tire repair and installation, rustproofing, motor vehicle diagnostic centre, major and minor mechanical repairs or similar use and in conjunction with which there may be a towing service, a motor vehicle service station and motor vehicle rentals for the convenience of the customer while the motor vehicle is being repaired, but shall not include any other use or activity otherwise defined or classified in this By-law.
Motor Vehicle Repair Garage means a business or individual regularly engaged in the repair of motor vehicles, except:

Motor Vehicle Repair Garage means a building or part thereof in which the motor vehicle servicing and repairs performed may include both “minor repair” as defined in Section 325.483 and “major repair” as defined in Section 325.484.

  • Standard equipment means the basic configuration of a vehicle which is equipped with all the features that are required under the regulatory acts of the Contracting Party including all features that are fitted without giving rise to any further specifications on configuration or equipment level.

  • Fixed Equipment means any property affixed in any way to the Licensed Premises existing at the time Notice to Proceed is given, whose removal would damage the Licensed Premises.

Interconnection equipment may be installed as part of an integrated equipment package that includes a generator or other electric source.

  • Operating Equipment means furniture, furnishings, special lighting fixtures, carpeting, draperies, decorations or other special finishing work, signs, appliances and trade fixtures and equipment that is furnished, installed or used by the Contractor in its operations on the Airport. It does not include Fixed Improvements, or repair or maintenance of Operating Equipment or Fixed Improvements or displays or decorations that are of a seasonal or temporary promotional nature.

  • Motor vehicle means land vehicles propelled other than by muscular power, such as automobiles, motorcycles, autocycles, and low speed vehicles. For the purposes of this definition, motor vehicle does not include farm equipment, snowmobiles, all-terrain vehicles, motorized wheelchairs, go-carts, gas buggies, golf carts, ski-slope grooming machines, or vehicles that run only on rails or tracks.

  • Motorboat means the same as that term is defined in Section 73-18-2.

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • Motor vehicle record or "MVR" means a driving record under Subsection 53-3-109(6)(a).

  • Gross vehicle mass or "maximum mass" means the technically permissible maximum laden mass as declared by the manufacturer.

  • Farm machinery means all machines and tools that are used in the production, harvesting, and care of farm products, and includes trailers that are used to transport agricultural produce or agricultural production materials between a local place of storage or supply and the farm, agricultural tractors, threshing machinery, hay-baling machinery, corn shellers, hammermills, and machinery used in the production of horticultural, agricultural, and vegetable products.
