Exhaust Systems definition

Exhaust Systems shall have the meaning set forth in Paragraph 2 of the Complaint.
Exhaust Systems means any original equipment, or department approved aftermarket, vehicular component designed to remove exhaust gas, vapor and particulates from a gasoline, diesel, alcohol, natural gas or liquified petroleum gas fueled engine. All associated attachment hardware is included in the system.
Exhaust Systems. Any required exhaust or special ventilating systems, including make-up air system, if so required are to be provided by the Tenant.

Exhaust Systems means the system installed in an Automotive Vehicle to carry gases away from the combustion chamber. Exhaust Systems may include, to the extent included in the relevant request for quotation, manifolds, flex pipes, catalytic converters, converters, diesel oxidation catalysts, diesel particulate filters, oxygen sensors, isolators, gaskets, clamps, resonator assemblies, pipe accessories, mufflers, muffler assemblies, and tubes.

  • Systems means software, servers, sites, circuits, networks, interfaces, platforms, computers, hardware, databases, cable, networking, call centers, equipment and all other technology or infrastructure assets or services.
