Monthly Subscription Information definition

Monthly Subscription Information means the information timely provided to Black Hills Energy or changed by CSG SO via written notice to Black Hills Energy pursuant to Section 4.5 hereof, setting forth the names of the CSG Subscribers holding Subscriptions in the CSG PV System, each such CSG Subscriber’s identifying information, and the CSG Allocation applicable to each such CSG Subscriber’s Subscription, reflecting each CSG Subscriber’s allocable portion of Photovoltaic Energy produced by the CSG PV System during a particular Production Month.
Monthly Subscription Information means the information stored within the SRC Application System, as timely entered or changed by SRC Producer via the SRC Application System pursuant to Section 4.7 hereof, setting forth the names of the SRC Subscribers holding Subscriptions in the PV System, each such SRC Subscriber’s identifying information, and the SRC Allocation applicable to each such SRC Subscriber’s Subscription, reflecting each SRC Subscriber’s allocable portion of Photovoltaic Energy and associated RECs produced by the PV System during a particular Production Month.
Monthly Subscription Information means the information stored within the CBRE Online Portal, as timely entered or changed by the Subscriber Organization via the CBRE Online Portal, setting forth the name, account number and service address each Subscriber holding Subscriptions in the CBRE Project, and the Subscriber Allocation applicable to each such Subscriber's Subscription, reflecting each Subscriber's allocable portion of photovoltaic energy produced by the CBRE Project during a particular Production Month.

  • Subscriptions may be transferred between eligible SRC Subscribers by reflecting such transfer in the Monthly Subscription Information through changes or entries by SRC Producer via the SRC Application System.

  • Black Hills Energy reserves the right to refuse to accept any additions, deletions or changes to the Monthly Subscription Information to the extent such addition, deletion or change results in non-compliance with any of such conditions.

  • On or before five business days immediately preceding the first day of each Production Month, CSG SO shall provide to Black Hills Energy in writing any and all changes to the Monthly Subscription Information, in order to ensure that the CSG Subscribers and CSG Allocation applicable to each such CSG Subscriber’s Subscription in the CSG PV System are complete and accurate with respect to the Photovoltaic Energy and associated RECs produced by the CSG PV System during such Production Month.

  • Effective upon the Date of Commercial Operation, CSG SO agrees to sell and Black Hills Energy agrees to purchase all of the Photovoltaic Energy and associated RECs produced by the CSG PV System and delivered to Black Hills Energy at the Production Meter not attributable to a Subscription held by any CSG Subscriber based upon the Monthly Subscription Information applicable to the Production Month.

  • As of the fifth business day preceding the first day of each Production Month, the Monthly Subscription Information so provided and updated shall be used by Black Hills Energy with respect to the Photovoltaic Energy produced and delivered during such Production Month to calculate the CSG Credits applicable to CSG Subscribers and to determine the amount of remaining unsubscribed Photovoltaic Energy and RECs to be purchased and sold in accordance with Article II hereof.

Monthly Subscription Information means the information stored within the CSG Application System, as timely entered or changed by the Community Solar Garden Operator via the CSG Application System, setting forth the name, account number and service address each Subscriber holding Subscriptions in the Community Solar Garden, and the Community Solar Garden Allocation applicable to each such Subscriber’s Subscription, reflecting each Subscriber’s allocable portion of photovoltaic energy produced by the Community Solar Garden during a particular Production Month.
Monthly Subscription Information means the information stored within the CBRE Online Portal, as timely entered or changed by the Subscriber Organization via the CBRE Online Portal, setting forth the name, account number and service address each Subscriber holding Subscriptions in the CBRE Project, and the Subscriber Allocation applicable to each such Subscriber's Subscription, reflecting each Subscriber's allocable portion of photovoltaic energy produced by the CBRE Project during a particular Production Month. “Point of Interconnection” shall be the point of interconnection as shown on the Single Line Diagram attached to Exhibit A of the Interconnection Agreement.
Monthly Subscription Information means the information submitted to ENO on the Initial Subscription Report as modified by the information provided on the Monthly CSG Facility Subscription Updates required by the Plan and as described in Section 4.6, below.

  • Subscriber Information means any information contained in the form of computer data or any other form that is held by a service provider relating to subscribers of its services, other than traffic or content data, by which can be established:

  • Transaction Information means any information provided to any Rating Agency, in each case, to the extent related to such Rating Agency providing or proposing to provide a rating of any Commercial Paper Notes or monitoring such rating including, without limitation, information in connection with the Seller, any Originator, the Servicer or the Pool Assets.

  • Location information means information concerning the location of an electronic device that, in whole or in part, is generated or derived from or obtained by the operation of an electronic device on a cellular telephone network or a location information service rather than obtained from a service provider.

  • Installation Information for a User Product means any methods, procedures, authorization keys, or other information required to install and execute modified versions of a covered work in that User Product from a modified version of its Corresponding Source. The information must suffice to ensure that the continued functioning of the modified object code is in no case prevented or interfered with solely because modification has been made.

  • Subscriber Data means all data, information and other content provided by or on behalf of Subscriber to the Service, including that which the Account Users input or upload to the Service.

  • Noteholder Tax Identification Information means, with respect to any Noteholder or Note Owner, properly completed and signed tax certifications (generally, in the case of U.S. federal income tax, IRS Form W-9 (or applicable successor form) in the case of a person that is a “United States person” within the meaning of Section 7701(a)(30) of the Code or the appropriate IRS Form W-8 (or applicable successor form) in the case of a person that is not a “United States person” within the meaning of Section 7701(a)(30) of the Code).

  • Identification Information means, for an individual - the passport/ID information specified while the Client Registration.

  • Residual Information means the ideas, know-how, methods, and techniques that would be retained in the unaided memory of an ordinary person skilled in the art, not intent on appropriating the Confidential Information of the Disclosing Party, as a result of such person's access to, use, review, evaluation, or testing of the Confidential Information of the Disclosing Party. A person's memory is "unaided" if such person has not intentionally memorized the Confidential Information for the purpose of retaining and subsequently using or disclosing it.

  • Notice-triggering Personal Information means the personal information identified in Civil Code section 1798.29 whose unauthorized access may trigger notification requirements under Civil Code section 1798.29. For purposes of this provision, identity shall include, but not be limited to, name, address, email address, identifying number, symbol, or other identifying particular assigned to the individual, such as a finger or voice print, a photograph or a biometric identifier. Notice-triggering Personal Information includes PI in electronic, paper or any other medium.

  • Annual Information means the information specified in Section 3 hereof. “EMMA” shall mean the Electronic Municipal Market Access System

  • Program Information is defined in Section 13.8(a)(i).

  • Purchaser Confidential Information means all confidential or proprietary documents and information concerning the Purchaser or any of its Representatives; provided, however, that Purchaser Confidential Information shall not include any information which, (i) at the time of disclosure by the Company, the Seller Representative or any of their respective Representatives, is generally available publicly and was not disclosed in breach of this Agreement or (ii) at the time of the disclosure by the Purchaser or its Representatives to the Company, the Seller Representative or any of their respective Representatives, was previously known by such receiving party without violation of Law or any confidentiality obligation by the Person receiving such Purchaser Confidential Information. For the avoidance of doubt, from and after the Closing, Purchaser Confidential Information will include the confidential or proprietary information of the Target Companies.

  • Servicer Information As defined in Section 11.07(a).

  • Annual Information Form means a document filed by the funds with Canadian securities regulators which provides supplementary information about the funds.

  • Seller Information As defined in Subsection 34.04(a).

  • Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.07.

  • Student Personal Information means information collected through a school service that personally identifies an individual student or other information collected and maintained about an individual student that is linked to information that identifies an individual student, as identified by Washington Compact Provision 28A.604.010. For purposes of this DPA, Student Personal Information is referred to as Student Data.

  • Information Package means the most recent compilation of financial and other data with respect to the Failed Bank, including any amendments or supplements thereto, provided to the Assuming Institution by the Corporation on the web site used by the Corporation to market the Failed Bank to potential acquirers.

  • Remittance Information means the information that must specify the Billing Account Numbers (BANs) paid; invoices paid and the amount to be applied to each BAN and invoice.
