Minutes definition

Minutes means the minutes of a meeting of the board of directors of each Company held on 16 April 2014, 12 September 2014, 21 May 2015, 18 September 2015, 13 May 2016 and 9 December 2016;
Minutes means a formal written record, in physical or electronic form, of the proceedings of a Meeting.
Minutes means, at a minimum, recording the members of the Bar entity in attendance, the date and time of the meeting, the agenda of the meeting, the subject and results of any final action taken, and a reasonable summary of the issues and points raised during discussion.
