Minutes definition

Minutes means the minutes of a meeting of the board of directors of each Company held on 16 April 2014, 12 September 2014, 21 May 2015, 18 September 2015, 13 May 2016 and 9 December 2016;
Minutes means a record of the proceedings of a meeting, and shall be made by the Clerk without note or comment.
Minutes means a formal written record, in physical or electronic form, of the proceedings of a Meeting.

Minutes means the minutes of a general meeting or a trustees’ meeting, as the case may be;
