Written Record. Any issues discussed at such meetings, as designated in 7.1 or 7.2, and upon which mutual Agreement is reached will be committed to writing and posted when appropriate.
Written Record. A written record of all disciplinary actions other than oral reprimands shall be made available to an employee upon request. Any disciplinary action or measure imposed upon an employee may be processed as a grievance through the regular grievance procedure. If the Employer has reason to reprimand an employee, it shall be done in a manner that will not embarrass the employee before other employees or in public.
Written Record. The school must keep on file a written record of the steps leading to an expulsion, with copies of all communications and reports. This record should be maintained for one year following the expulsion.
