Mediation Adviser definition

Mediation Adviser means the person appointed as mediation adviser under regulation 44 of the Dairy Code by the Minister for Agriculture, Drought and Emergency Management (Federal).
Mediation Adviser has the meaning given to such term under the Code.
Mediation Adviser means the person appointed as mediation adviser by the Franchise Association of New Zealand (“FANZ”) who operate under the standard dispute resolution rules established in the FANZ Code of Practice.
