A six-months period of protection from the beginning of an exhibition by reason of the law relating to the protection of inventions,samples and trade marks of 18 March 1904 (RGBl. page 141) only takes effect if the Federal Minister of Justice has published a relevant announcement in the Bundesgesetzblatt (Federal Law Gazette) for the event concerned (see Special Conditions for Participation, Exhibition priority).
