Marks Standards definition

Marks Standards means standards specified in the System Standards Manual for interior and exterior Xxxx-bearing signage, advertising materials, china, linens, utensils, glassware, uniforms, stationery, supplies, and other items, and the use of such items at the Facility or elsewhere. Minor Renovation means the repairs, refurbishing, repainting, and other redecorating of the interior, exterior, guest rooms, public areas and grounds of the Facility and replacements of FF&E we may require you to perform under Section 3.16. Minor Renovation Ceiling Amount means $750.00 per guest room.
Marks Standards means standards specified in the Manual for interior and exterior Mark-bearing signs, advertising, and other items and the use of these items in the Franchised Business.

Related to Marks Standards

  • Technical Standards means the technical standards set out in paragraph 2.4 of the Order Form;
