Operating Standards definition

Operating Standards shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.1.
Operating Standards means the operating, certification and security standards and specifications of The Toronto-Dominion Bank, the Payment Card Networks, EMVCo LLC. and PCI Security Standards Council, LLC., collectively, as applicable;
Operating Standards means the current policies and procedures that govern the operational provisions for the performance by Camelot of the services set out in the PMA (as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time).

More Definitions of Operating Standards

Operating Standards means the operation of the Hotel in a manner consistent with (i) the requirements under the License Agreement; (ii) the condition of the Hotel as of the Commencement Date (or, following completion of a Renovation, the condition of the Hotel as of the completion of the Renovation), normal wear and tear excepted; (iii) the condition and level of the operation of hotels of comparable class and standing to the Hotel in its market area; (iv) then current market conditions regarding rental rates and lease terms and conditions with respect to Hotels of comparable class and standing to the Hotel (including but not limited to the Competitive Set); (v) the requirements under the Lease; and (vi) then current business and management practices (including those related to compliance with Legal Requirements) applicable to the management, operation, leasing, maintenance and repair of a hotel comparable in size, character and location to the Hotel.
Operating Standards means the rules, procedures and requirements as amended and supplemented from time to time, (initially as set forth in Schedule 4 to this Lease) governing the manner in which Tenant and others doing business in the Building shall operate and conduct their businesses and utilize the Premises and the Common Areas.
Operating Standards means the standards, specifications, policies, procedures and processes that apply to the operation of, maintenance of, rehabilitation of and capital improvements to, the Metered Parking System set forth in Schedule 3, including any plans submitted by the Concessionaire to the City or the Authority as required therein. To the extent that any term or provision set forth in Schedule 3 or incorporated by reference in Schedule 3 conflicts with any term or provision specified in this Agreement, then such term or provision of this Agreement shall govern and shall supersede any such conflicting term or provision.
Operating Standards means the operation of the DPAC in a manner (i) consistent with the condition of the DPAC as of the Effective Date (excepting normal wear and tear); (ii) consistent with the requirements and limitations set forth in this Agreement (including those relating to the Operating Budget and Capital Expenditures Budget); (iii) consistent with a First Class performing arts venue of the same or similar size, type and quality of construction; (iv) consistent with then current prudent business and management practices applicable to the operation, repair, maintenance and management of a First Class performing arts venue, including those concerning compliance with Legal Requirements; (v) at least as good as standards applicable to other performing arts venues operated by Operator or its Affiliates; (vi) consistent with keeping the DPAC in a clean, sanitary and attractive condition, and (vii) reasonably calculated to protect and preserve the assets that comprise the DPAC.
Operating Standards means those standards for operation of the Development set out in Sections 0 to 0.
Operating Standards has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1(a).
Operating Standards means the standards, specifications, policies, procedures and processes that apply to the operation, maintenance, rehabilitation and capital improvements to, the System set forth on Schedule 4, including any plans submitted by the Concessionaire to the City as required therein. To the extent that any term or provision set forth in Schedule 4 or incorporated by reference in Schedule 4 conflicts with any term or provision specified in this Agreement, then such term or provision of this Agreement shall govern and shall supersede any such conflicting term or provision.
