Management Option Plan definition

Management Option Plan means the Issuer's 1992 Stock Option Plan, as in effect on the date hereof, which plan provides for the issuance, upon exercise of the options granted pursuant thereto of up to 5,500,000 shares of Common Stock in the aggregate to the employees of and certain consultants to the Issuer to be designated by the Issuer's Board of Directors.

Management Option Plan means a stock option plan to be adopted by Reorganized ICG pursuant to Section 5.6 of this Plan, in substantially the form of Exhibit C to this Plan.

Management Option Plan means a plan approved by the Board pursuant to which the management of the Company may be issued up to 77,678.205 shares of the Common Stock of the Company, as the same may be amended from time to time.
