Managed Hotel definition

Managed Hotel means hotels managed by a three star or above hotel/ hotel chain under an operating management contract for a duration of at least three years between operating hotel/ hotel chain and hotel being managed. Management contract must necessarily cover the entire gamut of operations/ management of managed hotel.
Managed Hotel means any hotel that is managed by any Group Company and is not owned or leased by any of the Group Companies.

  • Except to the extent of any such discrimination against the Hotel, Owner shall have no recourse against Manager on account of any such variance granted to another Managed Hotel, and Owner shall not be entitled to require Manager to grant Owner a like or similar variance hereunder.

  • The Managed Hotel shall be officially opened only after the Property passed Party A’s inspection by issuing the Certificate of Conformity for Standard Renovation Inspection of Managed Hotel of 7 Days Inn Group and the relevant licenses are ready.

  • Party B’s responsibility is limited to conduct financial accounting, prepare statements, file tax declaration and pay tax for the Managed Hotel.

  • Where Party B manages to engage in operating activities without satisfying the foregoing conditions, any and all legal risks and compensation for losses so caused shall be borne by Party B and the Managed Hotel, and Party A shall not have any relevance therewith.

  • Party B shall also be responsible for, and bear all expenses of, the coordination and cooperation with competent government authorities during the operation of the Managed Hotel.

  • The Company will maintain as to each of the Managed Hotels a management contract containing terms no less favorable to the Company than the terms contained in such management contract as in effect on the date of this Indenture (collectively, the "Managed Hotel Management Contracts").

Managed Hotel means a hotel in the United States that is operated by HWI (or one of its subsidiaries) pursuant to a management agreement with the third party owner of the real estate and improvements (including joint ventures in which HWI or an affiliate may hold a 50% or less ownership interest together with third parties), even if the third party owner also has a franchise agreement with HWI (or one of its subsidiaries).
Managed Hotel means a hotel in the State, and in particular in Cork City, Dublin City, Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown, Fingal, Galway City, Limerick City or South County Dublin, which Dalata would be appointed to manage for the first time, under a management contract, by a party who is independent of Dalata (i.e., a third party) during the Term;
Managed Hotel means any Marriott System Hotel owned by Marriott, and/or any Marriott System Hotel operated by Marriott under a management agreement with a third- party owner.
Managed Hotel means any Hotel located in the United States of America owned or ground leased by any Person other than a Loan Party or a Subsidiary or Affiliate thereof which is managed by Borrower or a Borrower Subsidiary pursuant to a Management Agreement.
Managed Hotel means each of the Days Inn, Inner Harbor and the Knights Inn, West Palm Beach, owned by third parties, not Affiliates of ▇▇▇▇ and Yeaggy.

  • Managed Assets means the total assets of the Trust (including any assets attributable to money borrowed for investment purposes) minus the sum of the Trust’s accrued liabilities (other than money borrowed for investment purposes).
