Maintenance and Update Services Fee definition

Maintenance and Update Services Fee means one and three quarters percent (1.75%) of the VRS Reimbursement Revenue; provided, however, that in no event shall the Maintenance and Update Services Fee exceed three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) in any Contract Year.
