Long-Term Incentive Unit definition

Long-Term Incentive Unit or “LTIP Unit” means an Award under Section 15 of an interest in the operating partnership affiliated with the Company.

More Definitions of Long-Term Incentive Unit

Long-Term Incentive Unit means a grant made under Section 12 of the Plan of an interest in a Subsidiary or an operating partnership that is affiliated with the Company, and which may be intended to be treated as a “profits interest” within the meaning of Revenue Procedure 93-27, 1993-2 C.B. 343 and Revenue Procedure 2001-43, 2001-2 C.B. 191, which may include an “appreciation only” interest in an operating partnership, as described in Section 12.

Related to Long-Term Incentive Unit
