Other Incentive Award definition

Other Incentive Award means an Award denominated in, linked to or derived from Shares or value metrics related to Shares, granted pursuant to Section 9.6 hereof.

Other Incentive Award means an incentive award granted to a Participant pursuant to Article XII.

Other Incentive Award means an incentive award granted to an Eligible Employee, Consultant or Eligible Director under Article XI of this Plan.

• Each grant of an Other Incentive Award shall be evidenced by an Award Agreement that shall specify the amount of the Other Incentive Award and the terms, conditions, restrictions and limitations applicable to such Award.

• The grant of a Performance Award or Other Incentive Award that may be paid or settled only for cash shall not affect the number of shares available for grant of Awards under the Plan.

• Except as otherwise provided herein, the term of any Award of Dividend Equivalents, Stock Payments, Restricted Stock Units or Other Incentive Award shall be set by the Administrator in its discretion.

More Definitions of Other Incentive Award

Other Incentive Award means an award granted pursuant to Article 10 hereof.

Other Incentive Award means an Award granted or denominated in Stock or units of Stock pursuant to Section 8.4 hereof or denominated in other equity interests, including, without limitation, equity interests of the Partnership, such as partnership profits interests, that are convertible or exchangeable into Stock.
