Logged Failure Time definition

Logged Failure Time means the date and time which is shown in the Helpdesk records maintained by the Contractor in accordance with the Services Specification as being the date and time at which a failure to provide Services in accordance with the Availability Standards or Performance Standards was intimated by email, fax or a telephone call to the Helpdesk, or if a failure affecting the Helpdesk occurs, to a janitor of the Contractor or FM Contractor at the Project Facility, by the Authority’s Representative, the School Representative, a teacher employed at the School, a Community Use Representative, any person authorised by the Authority to call the Helpdesk and notified to the Contractor from time to time, any Authority Employee in an emergency, an Auditor, the Contractor, the FM Contractor and/or any sub- contractor of the Contractor and/or FM Contractor or if a failure affecting the Helpdesk occurs, as shown on the manual Helpdesk records maintained by the Contractor or a janitor of the Contractor or FM Contractor to whom a failure is intimated

Examples of Logged Failure Time in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt the Permanent Rectification Period shall commence at the Logged Failure Time and not on expiry of the Temporary Rectification Period.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Logged Failure Time in respect of the Consequentially Unavailable Area will be deemed to be the same as that for the original Area that caused the Consequential Unavailability.

  • If the FM Contractor's ability to perform a Permanent or Temporary Rectification of the Unavailability is impeded by the operational use of the Area, the FM Contractor must, within the first two hours of the Logged Failure Time, notify the Authorities and the Contractor of this orally or in writing and if the Authorities continue to use the Area whilst it is Unavailable, this shall excuse the FM Contractor from Unavailability Deductions during the period that the Area is being used.

  • Such dispute must be done in writing to the Authority‟s Representative (including electronically) (or other communication agreed between the Contractor and the Authority‟s Representative) within a reasonable period following the Logged Failure Time.

  • No written notice, complaint, claim, audit, enforcement action, proceeding or litigation of any kind has been served on, or initiated against any Group Company by, any private party or Governmental Authority under any Data Protection Requirements.

  • Where the same failure is recorded by the Authorities’ and the Contractor or the Authorities and the FM Contractor or all three, the earlier time will constitute the Logged Failure Time.

Any Scheduled Trading Day on which, as of the date hereof, the Exchange is scheduled to close prior to its normal close of trading shall be deemed not to be a Scheduled Trading Day; if a closure of the Exchange prior to its normal close of trading on any Scheduled Trading Day is scheduled following the date hereof, but prior to the open of the regular trading session of the Exchange on such day, then such Scheduled Trading Day shall be deemed to be a Disrupted Day in full. Section 6.6 of the Equity Definitions shall not apply to any Valuation Date occurring in respect of an Expiration Date.

  • Trigger Event Date means a date on which a Trigger Event has occurred as determined by the Calculation Agent.
