FM Contractor means the party providing the facilities management services to the LEP in connection with an FM Contract; FM PFI Contractor means the party providing the facilities management services to the PFI Contractor; FOIA means the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and any subordinate legislation (as defined in Section 84 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000) made under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 from time to time together with any guidance and/or codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner or relevant Government Department in relation to such Act;

FM Contractor means FES FM Limited (Company number SC220049) whose registered office is at ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ or such other facilities management contractor as the Contractor may, subject to Clause 67.3 (Assignation and Sub-Contracting - Exception), appoint to provide the Services;

Examples of FM Contractor in a sentence

• Without prejudice to the provisions of clause 7.1, the Authority shall not be entitled to take any action or proceedings against the FM Contractor pursuant to this Deed unless and until the Project Agreement has been terminated.

• Notwithstanding anything in this Deed and not withstanding any payments which may be made by the Authority to the FM Contractor, the Authority and the FM Contractor will not be under any obligation to each other nor will any party have any claim or cause of action against the others unless and until the Authority has given written notice to the FM Contractor pursuant to clause 7.1.1 or clause 7.3.

• The FM Contractor shall have no liability under clauses 3.1 and 11 of this Deed that is greater or of longer duration than it would have had, and shall be entitled in any proceedings by the Authority to rely on any limitation in the FM Agreement and to raise equivalent rights in defence of liability as it would have against the Contractor under the FM Agreement.

• THE CONTRACTOR'S INCLUSION AS PARTY The Contractor has agreed to be a party to this Deed for the purpose of clause 8 and for acknowledging that the FM Contractor shall not be in breach of the FM Agreement by complying with the obligations imposed on it by this Deed.

• The benefit of and the rights of the Authority under this Deed may be assigned without the consent of the FM Contractor on two (2) occasions only and the Authority will notify the FM Contractor in writing following any such assignment specifying the name and address of the assignee and the date of the assignment.

FM Contractor means Morrison Facilities Services Limited a company incorporated in Scotland with (registered number SC120550) whose registered office is at Ellismuir Way, Tannochside Park, Uddingston, Glasgow, G71 5QA;

FM Contractor s employee” means a person who is carrying out duties as an employee of a company contracted by the Department to provide facili ties management services at the Office;

FM Contractor means Integrated Building Services Engineering Consultants Ltd (company registration number 2036424) whose registered office is at Hornbeam House, Hornbeam Park, Harrogate, HG2 8QT trading as "OPERON" or such other facilities management contractor as the Contractor may, subject to Clause 67.3 (Assignation and Sub-Contracting - Exception), appoint to provide the Services;

FM Contractor means the facilities management company appointed by the Franchisee from time to time with responsibility for facilities management activities at Stations;

FM Contractor the third party that the Authority has appointed to provide the FM Services;
