Trigger Event Date definition

Trigger Event Date means a date on which a Trigger Event has occurred as determined by the Calculation Agent.

Trigger Event Date has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.04(a).

Trigger Event Date means in respect of any Trigger Event, the date on which such Trigger Event occurs, provided that if no less than ten (10) Business Days following the happening of such Trigger Event the Guarantor LP receives a Trigger Collateral Notice and for so long as such Trigger Event has not been cured or the ratings have not returned to ratings above the Covered Bond Swap Commencement Ratings the Guarantor LP has Trigger Collateral, the Trigger Event Date shall be the date on which the Guarantor LP ceases to have Trigger Collateral.

Examples of Trigger Event Date in a sentence

• Nothing in this clause applies to any payment referred to in paragraph 1(b)(i) of Schedule A which occurs on the Trigger Event Date as provided in paragraph 1(b)(i) of Schedule A.

• At that time all other rights conferred or restrictions imposed on that Subordinated MTN under the Conditions will no longer have effect to the extent of the Nominal Amount of that Subordinated MTN being Converted (except for the right to receive the Ordinary Shares as set forth in paragraph 1 of this Schedule A and Conditions 6B and 6D and except for rights relating to interest which is payable but has not been paid on or before the Trigger Event Date which will continue).

• Where a Security is Written-Off only in part, then the amount of interest payable in respect of that Security on each Interest Payment Date falling after that Trigger Event Date will be reduced and calculated on the Principal Amount of that Security as reduced on the date of the Write-off.

• Pre-Cessation Trigger Event Date means, in relation to a Relevant Benchmark, the date of the first statement or publication which constitutes a Pre-Cessation Trigger Event in relation to that Relevant Benchmark.

More Definitions of Trigger Event Date

Trigger Event Date means (a) as to any Disposition of Oil and Gas Properties, the date such Disposition is consummated, (b) as to any Hedge Event, the date such Hedge Event is effected, and (c) as to any failure to cure a title defect referenced in Section 5.11 within the 60-day time period provided for in Section 5.11, the date immediately following such 60-day period.

Trigger Event Date means the 90th day following the consummation of the Trigger Event, unless the Trigger Event is a going private transaction, in which case the Trigger Event Date shall be the closing date of such transaction.

Trigger Event Date means the date (whether or not a Business Day) on which APRA notifies ANZBGL of a Non-Viability Trigger Event as contemplated in Condition 5A.2.

Trigger Event Date means (a) as to any Disposition of Oil and Gas Properties, the date such Disposition is consummated, (b) as to any Hedge Event, the date such Hedge Event is effected, and (c) as to any failure to cure a title defect referenced in Section 5.12 within the 45-day time period provided for in Section 5.12, the day immediately following such 45-day period (whether or not such day is a Business Day).
