Listing Failure Event means, in the case of a successful admission to listing, that a period of six (6) months has elapsed since the Bonds (or, as the case may be, Additional Bonds) ceased to be admitted to listing on an Exchange.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of the Indenture, the Company will make all payments and deliveries in respect of the Change of Control Repurchase Price or the Listing Failure Event Repurchase Price, as applicable, on any Fundamental Change Repurchase Date, the Tax Event Repurchase Price on any Tax Event Repurchase Date and the principal amount on the Maturity Date, as the case may be, to the Holder who surrenders a Bond to a Paying Agent to collect such payments in respect of the Bond.


More Definitions of Listing Failure Event

Listing Failure Event means that the Issuer does not comply with the obligations set out under paragraph 13.3 (Listing).
Listing Failure Event means that (i) the Notes are not admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm (or another Regulated Market) within the Listing Period, or (ii) following a successful listing and subsequent de-listing of the Notes from the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm (or another Regulated Market) the Notes are not re-listed by the date falling sixty (60) calendar days from the date of the de-listing.

Listing Failure Event means (i) a failure to list the Notes on NASDAQ Stockholm within sixty (60) calendar days after the relevant Issue Date and (ii) in case a successful listing has occurred, that the Notes cease to be listed on NASDAQ Stockholm or another Regulated Market (however, taking into account the rules and regulations of the relevant Regulated Market and the CSD (as amended from time to time) preventing trading in the Notes in close connection to the redemption of the Notes).
Listing Failure Event means that the Bonds are not admitted to trading in accordance with Clause 14.15.
