Local Capacity Area has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • The annual Resource Adequacy Plan must, at a minimum, set forth the Local Capacity Area Resources, if any, procured by the Modified Reserve Sharing LSE as described in Section 40.3.
