Mobile Home Parks. Residential mobile home communities with shared parking areas.
Mobile Home Parks. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Article 8, Collection from mobile home parks performed using residential Carts designed and furnished by CONTRACTOR will be of the size determined by Owner/Manager to provide reasonable Collection services to the residents thereof. The charge for Mobile Home Park services will be the product of the number of units multiplied by the current Residential Collection Rate for that service level found in Exhibit 1-a. This Section 8.20 is intended to address situations where Cart service is provided to a Mobile Home Park. Mobile Home Parks utilizing service provided by one or more boxes or bins is covered in Section 9.08.
Mobile Home Parks. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Article 9, 1747 Collection from mobile home parks performed using Boxes or Bins designed and furnished by 1748 CONTRACTOR will be of the size determined by the Owner/Manager to provide reasonable 1749 Collection services to the residents thereof. The charge for Mobile Home Park services will be 1750 at the residential rates set forth in Exhibit 1-a, determined after converting the box(es) or bin(s) 1751 to the equivalent cart size, as set forth in Exhibit 8, multiplied by the number of units receiving
Mobile Home Parks. Mobile Home Parks means a site at which mobile home spaces are rented for residential use. Mobile Home Parks, at the Owner’s request, may be provided with Residential Service using Carts or Commercial Service using Bins.
Mobile Home Parks. Notwithstanding Section 13.1, Timber Trails Mobile Home Park, LIC Number 40203622, shall be a permitted use to the extent to which it is in existence on the effective date of this by-law.
Mobile Home Parks. Company shall charge a discounted rate to Mobile Home Parks if one xxxx is sent to the manager, and manager remits on behalf of all residents. If each individua l homeowner receives a separate billing and pays their own separate xxxx, rate is same as residential unit. Recycling services and weight restrictions are the same as for residential units.
Mobile Home Parks. In mobile home parks and similar installations the Cooperative provides electric service through individual meters to each space for each consuming facility. Either underground or overhead service may be provided.
Mobile Home Parks. (Note: If one or both of the mobile home parks opt into the Agreement, this section will be modified to reflect that.)
