Licensed Real Property definition

Licensed Real Property has the meaning set forth in Section 3.14(c).
Licensed Real Property means Leased Real Property subject to a Lease that is not a lease or sublease and that is a license, sublicense, concession or other similar Contractual interest in real property.
Licensed Real Property shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.4(g).

  • Material Leased Real Property shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.10(b).

  • Mortgaged Real Property means any parcel of Real Property that shall become subject to a Mortgage after the Closing Date, in each case together with all of such Credit Party’s right, title and interest in the improvements and buildings thereon and all appurtenances, easements or other rights belonging thereto.

  • Operating Property means any property owned, leased, or operated by the Party in question or by any of its Subsidiaries or in which such Party or Subsidiary holds a security interest or other interest (including an interest in a fiduciary capacity), and, where required by the context, includes the owner or operator of such property, but only with respect to such property.

  • Company Licensed Intellectual Property means Intellectual Property Rights owned by any Person (other than a Group Company) that is licensed to any Group Company.

  • Company Real Property means the Company Owned Real Property and the Company Leased Real Property.

  • Licensed Space means the indoor and outdoor space on the premises approved by the department for the purpose of providing licensed child care.
