Letting Notice definition

Letting Notice means a notice the content of which is to be agreed with the Council which contains details of the property to be let and which shall include unless otherwise agreed with the Council:

Examples of Letting Notice in a sentence

  • The engineered plans are being bid on October 13, 2020 per the attached Letting Notice.

  • To serve upon the Council a Letting Notice each time a Social Rented Unit becomes available for letting.

  • First Offer Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 14.4(a).

  • Offer Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.

  • Termination Warning Notice means a notice sent by the Secretary of State to the Academy Trust, stating his intention to terminate this Agreement.

  • Proposed Transfer Notice means written notice from a Key Holder setting forth the terms and conditions of a Proposed Key Holder Transfer.

  • Objection Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a) of this Agreement.

  • Notice of Election to Purchase has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 15.1(b).

  • Non-Renewal Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.

  • Property Notice means any order, notice, proposal, demand or other requirement issued by any competent authority (including the Landlord) which materially affects the Academy Trust’s ability to use the Land for the purposes of the Academy. Restrictions on Land transfer

  • Termination Notice means the communication issued in accordance with this Agreement by one Party to the other Party terminating this Agreement;

  • First Offer has the meaning set forth in Section 3.9(e)(1) or Section 11.1(b)(i), as applicable.

  • Investor Notice means written notice from an Investor notifying the Company and the selling Key Holder that such Investor intends to exercise its Secondary Refusal Right as to a portion of the Transfer Stock with respect to any Proposed Key Holder Transfer.

  • Extension Notice has the meaning specified in Section 308.
