First Offer definition

First Offer has the meaning set forth in Section 3.9(e)(1) or Section 11.1(b)(i), as applicable.
First Offer means the price of Rs. 50 per Unit during the initial offering period determined by the Management Company, which shall not exceed a period of ten days (provided that this period may be extended with the prior approval of SECP).
First Offer has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a).

Examples of First Offer in a sentence

  • Pursuant to such First Offer Notice, Landlord shall offer to lease to Tenant the then available First Offer Space.

  • Right of First Offer i.e. ROFO will be used for intra and 10 inter sector harvest share transfers.
