Termination Warning Notice definition

Termination Warning Notice means a notice sent by the Secretary of State to the Academy Trust, stating his intention to terminate this Agreement.
Termination Warning Notice means any warning notice that may be served under and in accordance with the terms of the Funding Agreement.
