Lease Operative Documents definition

Lease Operative Documents means (i) the Purchase and Sale Agreement entered into by Lessee as seller (“Seller”) and Lessor as buyer (“Buyer”) dated as of February 14, 2002, (ii) the deeds, and any other instruments of transfer in respect of the Property executed and delivered by Seller or its Affiliates to Lessor or its Affiliates, (iii) the Lease, (iv) the SNDA Agreement, (v) the Assignment of Lease, (vi) the Consent Agreement, (vii) the Guaranty, (viii) the Memorandum of Lease, (ix) the Trustee Fee Letter, (x) the Servicer Fee Letter and (xi) the Privity Agreement.
Lease Operative Documents in Section 1.01 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by adding “, each ProAdvantage Agreement” following the words “the GMCP Agreement”.
Lease Operative Documents means the Lease, each Lease Supplement, the Charter Agreement, each Charter Agreement Supplement, each Lessee Consent, the Maintenance Services Agreement, each Manufacturer’s Consent, each Maintenance Services Provider’s Consent and each other “Lease Document” as defined in the Lease.
