Latest Time for Acceptance. 4:00 p.m. on 12 August 2020 or such later time as may be agreed between the Company and the Underwriter, being the latest time for acceptance of the offer of Rights Shares and payment of the Rights Shares so offered, and if there is a “black” rainstorm warning or a tropical cyclone warning signal number 8 or above in force in Hong Kong on such day at any time between 12:00 noon and 4:00 p.m., the Latest Time for Acceptance will be postponed to the next business day which does not have either of those warnings in force in Hong Kong at any time between 12:00 noon and 4:00 p.m.
