Acceptance Window definition

Acceptance Window means, with respect to any interest rate quotes provided by Prudential pursuant to paragraph 2B(4), the time period designated by Prudential as the time period during which the Company may elect to accept such interest rate quotes. If no such time period is designated by Prudential with respect to any such interest rate quotes, then the Acceptance Window for such interest rate quotes will be 2 minutes after the time Prudential shall have provided such interest rate quotes to the Company.
Acceptance Window shall have the meaning specified in paragraph 2B(5).
Acceptance Window means, with respect to any Quotation, the time period designated by Prudential during which the Company may elect to accept such Quotation. The Acceptance Window with respect to any Quotation is expected to be two minutes, but may be a shorter period if Prudential so elects.

Examples of Acceptance Window in a sentence

  • Any interest rate quotes as to which Prudential does not receive an Acceptance within the Acceptance Window shall expire, and no purchase or sale of Shelf Notes hereunder shall be made based on such expired interest rate quotes.

  • Such election shall be made by an Authorized Officer of the Company notifying Prudential by telephone or electronic mail transmission or facsimile within the Acceptance Window that the Company elects to accept such interest rate quotes, specifying the Shelf Notes (each such Shelf Note being an “Accepted Note”) as to which such acceptance (an “Acceptance”) relates.
