Labelled or “Labelling” shall mean all labels and other written, printed or graphic matter upon (i) the Product or any container or wrapper utilized with the Product, or (ii) any written material accompanying the Product, including, without limitation, package inserts and patient information leaflet;

Labelled means the action to make all labels, package inserts, carton imprints and all other markings on Packaging for the Bulk Product that are defined as labels or labelling under any relevant Regulatory Approval (excluding, for the avoidance of doubt, any transportation packaging).
