Inert ingredient definition

Inert ingredient means an ingredient which is not an active ingredient.
Inert ingredient means any substance (or group of structurally similar substances if designated by the EPA), other than an active ingredient, that is intentionally included in a pesticide product, (see 40 CFR 152.3).
