Knowledge of Buyer definition

Knowledge of Buyer means the actual knowledge, after reasonable inquiry of Buyer's senior management, and the books and records of Buyer.

Knowledge of Buyer means the actual knowledge, without any duty of investigation or inquiry whatsoever, of George Rubin or Jeff Lynn.

Knowledge of Buyer means the actual knowledge, after due inquiry, of any person listed on Schedule 1.32 attached hereto.
