Knowledge of Buyer definition

Knowledge of Buyer means the actual knowledge of Pxxxxxxx Xxxxx with respect to the matter in question, and such knowledge as such Person reasonably should have obtained upon diligence investigation and inquiry into the matter in question.
Knowledge of Buyer. Means the actual knowledge of Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx.

More Definitions of Knowledge of Buyer

Knowledge of Buyer means, as to a particular matter, the current actual knowledge, as of the date hereof of the Persons listed on Schedule 1.1(c) after reasonable inquiry of their direct reports.
