Company’s Knowledge definition

Company’s Knowledge means the actual knowledge of the executive officers (as defined in Rule 405 under the ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇) of the Company, after due inquiry.
Company’s Knowledge means with respect to any statement made to the Company’s Knowledge, that the statement is based upon the actual knowledge of the executive officers of the Company having responsibility for the matter or matters that are the subject of the statement.

  • The Principal Trading Market has not commenced any delisting proceedings against the Company and, to the Company’s Knowledge, there is no reasonable basis for the delisting of the Class A ADSs from the Principal Trading Market.
