Knowledge of the Company definition

Knowledge of the Company means the actual knowledge of the individuals identified on Section 8.11(i) of the Company Disclosure Letter.

More Definitions of Knowledge of the Company

Knowledge of the Company means the actual knowledge of any of the individuals listed on Schedule 1.1 after consultation with his or her direct reports on the matter in question.
