Purchaser’s Knowledge definition

Purchaser’s Knowledge means the actual knowledge of Xxxxxxx Xxxxx.

Purchaser’s Knowledge means the actual knowledge of the officers of Purchaser.

• As of the Closing, to Purchaser’s Knowledge, Purchaser or Purchaser’s Designee will be capable of satisfying the conditions contained in Sections 365(b)(1)(C) and 365(f) of the Bankruptcy Code with respect to the Assigned Contracts.

More Definitions of Purchaser’s Knowledge

Purchaser’s Knowledge means, with respect to any fact, circumstance, event or other matter in question, the actual knowledge of any officer of Purchaser.
