Knowledge of the Seller means the actual knowledge of the Owner Member, [REDACTED] or [REDACTED], with respect to the matter in question, and such knowledge as any of the foregoing reasonably should have obtained upon diligent investigation and inquiry into the matter in question.
Knowledge of the Seller means the actual knowledge of (i) the chairman of the board of directors of the Seller, (ii) the chief executive officer of the Seller or (iii) the chief financial officer of the Seller, in each case, as such positions are held as of the date hereof, in their capacity as office holders of the Seller.

Knowledge of the Seller means any matter, fact, or thing that is, as of the date hereof or the Closing Date, actually known to the Seller or in the absence of such knowledge the actual knowledge that the Seller would have had if it had undertaken a reasonable inquiry of the fact, matter or circumstance in question.
Knowledge of the Seller means the actual knowledge of any one or more of Ronxxx X. Xxxxx xx Stexxxx X. Xxxxx, xssuming that each possesses the actual knowledge that an officer or director with their responsibilities would possess after reasonable inquiry into the applicable matter.
