Knowledge of Purchaser definition

Knowledge of Purchaser means the actual knowledge of the members, directors and officers of Purchaser and its Affiliates.
Knowledge of Purchaser means the actual knowledge of the Persons listed on Section 1.1 of the Purchaser Disclosure Schedule.
Knowledge of Purchaser or “Purchaser’s Knowledge” means the actual knowledge any of the individuals listed in Section 1.01(d) of the Seller Disclosure Letter, and shall be deemed to include such knowledge as could have been obtained upon reasonable inquiry by any such individuals.

Knowledge of Purchaser means the actual knowledge of each Person identified on Schedule 1.1(b).
