Investment Losses definition

Investment Losses any amounts required to be deposited by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 5.1(e) in connection with losses realized on Eligible Investments with respect to funds held in the Certificate Account and amounts required to be deposited by the Special Servicer pursuant to Section 9.14(b) in connection with losses realized on Eligible Investments with respect to funds held in the REO Account;
