Intel Bus definition

Intel Bus means a proprietary bus or other data path first introduced by Intel during the Capture Period (a) that is capable of transmitting and/or receiving information within an Integrated Circuit or between two or more Integrated Circuits, together with the set of protocols defining the electrical, physical, timing and functional characteristics, sequences and control procedures of such bus or data path; and (b) to which Intel has not granted a license nor committed to grant a license through its participation in a government sponsored, industry sponsored, or contractually formed group or any similar organization that is dedicated to creating publicly available standards or specifications; and (c) which neither Intel nor any Intel Subsidiary (during any time such Intel Subsidiary has met the requirements of being a Subsidiary) has publicly disclosed without an obligation of confidentiality to enable third parties to design integrated circuits that connect to such bus or interconnect. Examples of buses to which Intel has granted or committed to grant a license in connection with an organization set forth in (b) include the PCI bus, the PCI Express bus, the USB bus and the AGP bus.
Intel Bus means a proprietary bus or other proprietary data path first introduced by Intel or any Intel Licensed Subsidiary that (i) is capable of transmitting and/or receiving information within an Integrated Circuit or between two or more Integrated Circuits, together with the set of protocols defining the electrical, physical, timing and functional characteristics, sequences and control procedures of such bus or data path; and (ii) to which neither Intel nor any Intel Licensed Subsidiary (during any time such Intel Licensed Subsidiary has met the requirements of being a Licensed Subsidiary) has granted a license or committed to grant a license through its participation in a government sponsored, industry sponsored, or contractually formed group or any similar organization that is dedicated to creating publicly available standards or specifications; and (iii) which neither Intel nor any Intel Licensed Subsidiary (during any time such Intel Licensed Subsidiary has met the requirements of being a Licensed Subsidiary) has publicly disclosed without an obligation of confidentiality.
Intel Bus means a proprietary bus or other data path either of which was first introduced by Intel that (a) is capable of transmitting and/or receiving information within an Integrated Circuit or between two or more Integrated Circuits, together with the set of protocols defining the electrical, physical, timing and functional characteristics, sequences and control procedures of such bus or data path; and (b) to which Intel has not granted a license or committed to grant a license through its participation in a government sponsored, industry sponsored, or contractually formed group or any similar organization that is dedicated to creating publicly available standards or specifications; and (c) which Intel has not publicly disclosed with no obligation of confidentiality.

Related to Intel Bus

  • Business Software means with respect to a Licensor, all Software to the extent Controlled by such Licensor or any of its Affiliates as of the Effective Date, which Software is reasonably required as of the Effective Date for the conduct of (i) the Agriculture Business if the Licensee is AgCo, including as listed on section (i) of Schedule Q, or (ii) the Materials Science Business if the Licensee is MatCo, including as listed on section (ii) of Schedule Q, in each case (in respect of the foregoing (i) and (ii)), only if and to the extent such Licensee and its Affiliates have not been granted a license or other rights to use such Software under the Separation Agreement or any other Ancillary Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Business Software expressly excludes any and all Excluded IP.

  • Software License Agreement means the particular Software License Agreement to which these Terms and Conditions are attached and incorporated into by reference.

  • Supplier Agreement means this overarching agreement, consisting of these terms and conditions and any schedules to them, setting out the arrangements for management of the DPS, the process to apply when a Customer wishes to award Service Agreements via the DPS and the terms and conditions applicable to the carrying out of Service Agreements;

  • Purchased Intellectual Property has the meaning set forth in Section 1.2(g).

  • Intellectual Property License Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.11.

  • Company Licensed Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property that is licensed to the Company or a Subsidiary by any third party.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier or its Affiliates which is used or supplied by the Supplier in the provision of the Services; Supplier Staff means all persons employed or engaged by the Supplier together with the Supplier's servants, agents, suppliers, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, suppliers and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Contract; Time and Materials means the pricing mechanism for the Services as may be agreed by the Parties and set out at paragraph Error: Reference source not found in the SOW; TUPE means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/246) as amended or replaced or any other regulations or UK legislation implementing the Acquired Rights Directive; Velocity means the Metric which measures the total number of Story Points for Stories that have been accepted in a Sprint, indicating the rate of progress towards Acceptance of all Stories from the Product Backlog;

  • Intellectual Property Matters Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in the Separation and Distribution Agreement.

  • Technology License Agreement means the Technology License Agreement dated as of the date hereof between Allergan and ASTI.

  • SAP Group Software means (i) any and all software products listed on the Price List as well as any SAP SDK which are provided by SAP or any other member of the SAP Group to Partner or to an End User (either directly or indirectly via Partner) under any part of this Agreement all as developed by or for the SAP Group; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to Maintenance Services or warranty obligation by any member of the SAP Group; and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • Customer Technology means Customer's proprietary technology, including Customer's Internet operations design, content, software tools, hardware designs, algorithms, software (in source and object forms), user interface designs, architecture, class libraries, objects and documentation (both printed and electronic), know-how, trade secrets and any related intellectual property rights throughout the world (whether owned by Customer or licensed to Customer from a third party) and also including any derivatives, improvements, enhancements or extensions of Customer Technology conceived, reduced to practice, or developed during the term of this Agreement by Customer.

  • Transferred Intellectual Property means (i) all Intellectual Property Rights owned by the Acquired Companies, (ii) the Transferred Trademarks, (iii) the Transferred Patents, (iv) the Transferred Domains, and (v) all other Intellectual Property Rights owned by Sellers or their respective Affiliates as of the Closing Date that are exclusively used in or are exclusively related to the development, manufacture, marketing, use or sale of the Business Products.

  • End User License Agreement means a license grant or end user license agreement governing software as further described in this Agreement or any applicable Appendix.

  • Seller Intellectual Property means any Intellectual Property that is owned by either Seller and primarily used in connection with the Business.

  • Company Business means the business of the Company as presently conducted.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer;

  • Purchased Services means Services that You or Your Affiliate purchase under an Order Form, as distinguished from those provided pursuant to a free trial.

  • Transferred Technology has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a).

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Business Systems means all Software, computer hardware (whether general or special purpose), electronic data processing, information, record keeping, communications, telecommunications, networks, interfaces, platforms, servers, peripherals, and computer systems, including any outsourced systems and processes, that are owned or used or held for use in the conduct of the Company Business.

  • ECS means Electronic clearing system

  • the Business means the usual work and activities carried on by the Insured pertaining to his business as specified in the Schedule and no others.

  • Licensed Intellectual Property means Intellectual Property licensed to the Company pursuant to the Company IP Agreements.

  • Computer software documentation means owner's manuals, user's manuals, installation instructions, operating instructions, and other similar items, regardless of storage medium, that explain the capabilities of the computer software or provide instructions for using the software.

  • Company License Agreements means any license agreements granting any right to use or practice any rights under any Intellectual Property (except for such agreements for off-the-shelf products that are generally available for less than $25,000), and any written settlements relating to any Intellectual Property, to which the Company is a party or otherwise bound; and the term “Software” means any and all computer programs, including any and all software implementations of algorithms, models and methodologies, whether in source code or object code.
