Capture Period definition

Capture Period means (unless modified pursuant to Section 13.1(c) or 14.4(c)) any time that is on or before:
Capture Period means any time on or prior to March 31, 2017.

More Definitions of Capture Period

Capture Period means the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending upon the later of (i) [*] or (ii) the date [*].
