Intellectual Property Matters Agreement definition

Intellectual Property Matters Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in the Separation and Distribution Agreement.

Intellectual Property Matters Agreement means the Intellectual Property Matters Agreement to be entered into by and between Parent and SpinCo or the members of their respective Groups in connection with the Separation, the Distribution or the other transactions contemplated by this Agreement, as it may be amended from time to time.

Intellectual Property Matters Agreement means the Intellectual Property Matters Agreement in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit D, to be entered into by and among certain members of the WHI Group and certain members of the CS&L Group on or prior to the Distribution Date.

More Definitions of Intellectual Property Matters Agreement

Intellectual Property Matters Agreement means the Intellectual Property Matters Agreement, dated as of the Existing Notes Issue Date, among CSL National, Windstream Services and Talk America, as it may be amended, supplemented, restated, replaced or otherwise modified from time to time pursuant to Section 4.11(b)(iv) hereof.

Intellectual Property Matters Agreement means that certain Intellectual Property Matters Agreement entered into by and between Manitowoc ParentCo and SpinCo effective as of the Effective Date, as such Intellectual Property Matters Agreement may be amended from time to time.
