Insurance Specifications. The Tenant shall obtain and maintain in good standing comprehensive general liability insurance acceptable to the Landlord and subject to limits of not less than five million ($5,000,000.00) dollars inclusive per occurrence for bodily injury, death and damage to property, including loss of use of property. Related to Insurance Specifications

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order:

  • Detailed Specifications means the specifications for materials and works as specified in PWD BSR/ issued under the authority of PWD/ or as implied/added to or superseded by the special conditions.
